- the candidate will start immediately at your place and you pay a selection fee
- you also can work according to the try & hire formula : during 6 months, you can 'try out' the candidate and only after 6 months you decide whether you hire this candidate permanently or not. In that case you pay a daily price, and at the end of 6 months the candidate can freely join your company without paying a selection fee.
